There
are a lot of different ways to help our little pugs. While foster
homes are always needed, you can contribute by helping with a variety
of items our little boys and girls need everyday. Some items can be
obtained at your local pet store or online through retail or wholesale
websites. Supporting our pugs with purchased items is a significant
way to help.
Also, take a look around your home. That towel or
blanket that has been in the closet nobody ever uses, the pillow
in the spare room nobody has slept on for years, or those old bowls,
collars, leashes….anything that may make a dog’s life
easier. These things cost no more than postage but mean so much
to rescues.
Of course, donations via check or Paypal will always
help with medical bills and daily supplies.

You can always donate online using PayPal.
According to the Humane
Society of the United States (2005), six to eight million dogs
and cats enter shelters each year. About 50% of these animals
are euthanized. Tremendous as the problem of pet overpopulation is,
it can be solved if each of us takes just one small step, starting
with not allowing our animals to breed.
